🧭 Strategic Alignments: How I Work with Companies
Clarity of target → Focused action → Measurable traction
When the target is vague, momentum stalls. When it's sharp, everything aligns—resources, decisions, culture, and daily behavior. My role is to quickly zoom out to spot the real issue and zoom in to focus energy where it matters. The work isn’t about starting from scratch—it’s about realigning what’s already working toward a sharper goal.
I guide leadership teams through a 3-phase process that creates clarity, unlocks focus, and drives sustainable movement—whether we work together just for Phase 1 or go the full distance.
⚡ Phase 1: Target Reset (2–4 Weeks)
“You can’t optimize a system that’s aiming at the wrong thing.”
This is the diagnostic and design sprint. I work directly with leadership to:
- Deconstruct the current state and surface the real patterns driving behavior
- Reconstruct a clear, aligned Target State that defines success
- Backward-design the Focus & Action Map
- The few key moves, metrics, and variables (people, teams, capital) required to hit the target
This phase honors the work already in motion. Even if Phase 2 isn’t pursued, Phase 1 leaves teams with a realigned strategy and a tangible playbook to move forward.
🚀 Phase 2: Implementation & Momentum (6–12 Weeks)
“Speed comes from alignment.”
With the target defined, we shift from strategy to systems. I partner with leaders and teams to:
- Translate strategic focus into daily behavior and team rituals
- Establish KPI dashboards and implementation cadences
- Remove blockers and align resources to the target
- Keep teams rowing together, not in circles
🔁 Phase 3: Refinement & Scaling (Ongoing Advisory or Sprint-Based)
“Great systems don’t just perform—they learn.”
Here, we zoom out again to:
- Adapt the target to new data, shifts, or opportunities
- Reinforce what’s working across the org
- Realign structure, incentives, and behaviors to lock in traction
- Codify and scale your refined operating system
